Key Responsibilities:

* Foster a culture of high-quality care by adhering to relevant legislation and guidelines.
* Promote partnership working with families and carers to achieve best outcomes.
* Contribute to maintaining a stable and supportive work environment.


Requirements:

* Relevant qualification in social care (minimum level 7) essential.
* Experience in similar settings highly desirable, with at least six months' experience in the sector considered.
* Full clean driver's license required for transport purposes.
* Knowledge of HIQA standards mandatory for ensuring compliance.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland necessary.
