* Work closely with the Lettings Director to deliver a high standard of service to clients, customers and colleagues.
About Your New Job
* Daily Responsibilities:
o Schedule property viewings.
o Work closely with the Lettings Director to ensure the highest service standards are delivered.
o Support customers, clients and colleagues to address and assist with inquiries in person, by phone, email, or social media with a professional and customer-focused approach.
o Create and manage brochures, reports, letters, and other correspondence.
o Maintain the property database to the highest level of detail.
o Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization regarding office duties, bookings, lettings and administrative tasks.
o Develop digital marketing strategies to promote properties.
o Manage and grow social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram andTikTok
What Skills You Need
* Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly detail oriented.
* Interest in beginning your career in the property market with one of Ireland's leading property firms.
* Knowledge of the property industry is an advantage.
* Strong social media skills.
* A full driving license and access to your own car (must have)
