Audit Manager - Professional Services Firm - North Dublin

As part of this continued growth, the firm is now seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its expanding audit team. The Role:
You'll play a key role in leading and delivering audits from planning through to completion, partnering closely with senior leadership, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. This position offers real scope to shape client relationships, develop your team, and progress your career within a fast-paced and supportive firm.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to final sign-off
* Oversee fieldwork, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met
* Work closely with directors and partners to deliver value-added advice to clients
* Build strong, long-term client relationships and act as a key point of contact
* Identify opportunities to support clients beyond core audit
* Coach, mentor, and develop junior and senior team members
* Contribute to continuous improvement across audit processes and methodologies
About You:
* ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualified
* Experience operating at Audit Manager or Assistant Manager level
* Strong technical audit knowledge across a broad client base, including SMEs and owner-managed businesses
* Confident leading teams and managing multiple engagements
* Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable using technology and modern audit tools
* Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships
