Job Opportunity: Training Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Training Specialist. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with expertise in training content development, implementation, and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities
* Design, develop, implement, and maintain function training content, systems, and provide training support associated with the governance of the Training system.
* Support activities in the creation, coordination, and implementation of learning solutions across the Function business area.
* Assist in the creation and management of Function training documents in accordance with site Training SOP.
* Produce reports from Learning Management System.
* Ensure training compliance.
* Support training qualification compliance management.
* Provide general assistance with the scheduling and organizing of training courses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* A Hons Degree in a relevant discipline (ideally).
* Experience in using multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eQMS systems.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and training development.
* Experience with cGMPs requirements.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to handle/prioritize multiple projects and requests.
