This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Organic Growth Marketing in Ireland.
In this role, you will take full ownership of the organic growth engine, driving visibility, engagement, and pipeline generation through a strategic mix of content, SEO, and conversion optimization. You will operate at the intersection of marketing, product, and revenue teams, ensuring that every inbound touchpoint contributes to business growth. This position requires a systems thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and enjoys solving complex challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the entire content ecosystem—from ideation to execution—while continuously optimizing performance through data and experimentation. Accountabilities

Own and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy spanning content marketing, SEO/AEO, and conversion rate optimization
Develop and manage a rolling content roadmap aligned with go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and sales cycles
Build and scale a high-performing content engine, including long‑form articles, case studies, webinars, and multi‑channel assets
Lead SEO and Answer Engine Optimization efforts, improving non‑branded traffic, search visibility, and AI‑driven discovery
Continuously optimize website performance and inbound conversion paths through A/B testing and data‑driven experimentation
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align messaging and maximize pipeline impact
Oversee webinar and video programs from concept to distribution, ensuring each initiative generates measurable business outcomes
Drive social media strategy and community engagement, particularly on key platforms influencing brand perception and discovery

Requirements

8+ years of experience in inbound, content, or growth marketing, including at least 5 years in B2B SaaS environments
Proven ability to build and scale organic growth programs that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue
Strong expertise in SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and technical SEO practices
Hands‑on experience with conversion rate optimization, including A/B testing and funnel performance analysis
Familiarity with AI‑driven search and Answer Engine Optimization, with a practical understanding of how content is surfaced by LLMs
Experience producing and managing webinars and video content end‑to‑end
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for business audiences
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate performance data into actionable insights
Experience working within complex B2B sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder buying processes
