Patient Experience Director
This role offers the opportunity to lead and enhance patient journeys across multiple locations. As a Patient Experience Director, you will oversee the entire process from initial inquiry through treatment and follow-up care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversight of patient journey including management of Care Coordinators and Client Care Advisors
2. Development and improvement of processes to optimize patient experience
3. Mentorship of teams across multiple sites to drive operational excellence
4. Collaboration with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams for seamless service delivery
5. Maintenance of regulatory standards compliance through KPIs analysis and performance monitoring based on patient feedback
