Main Purpose of the Job: To ensure the smooth operation of the Store/Departments.
All duties to be completed to the standard of excellence that characterises our Company and always delivering excellence to support growth and business retention.
Main Duties:
Carry out all cleaning duties as requested by Store Manager/Management Team
Complete a schedule of cleaning tasks
Ensure that all tasks are carried out in a professional manner, following all "safe systems of work" & risk assessment directions
Comply with all statutory Health & Safety Rules and Regulations
Comply with all health & safety regulations for cleaning materials, equipment and buildings.
Provide high personal standards of work/performance, personal hygiene and appearance
Assist with any special duties requested, some of which may occur outside normal working hours.
Report all faults in relation to cleaning machinery/equipment to the supervisor / management team
Health & Safety
· To be aware of and adhere to Health & Safety Regulations relevant to your department and to notify any breaches to management
General Other Duties
· Ensure awareness and responsibility for any internal requirements
· Complete all documentation relating to the role in the Company
· Comply with and ensure compliance to Company policies at all times
· Comply with all relevant legislation relevant to your area of work
· Observe a professional manner at all times, representing the ethos and values of the Company
· Develop strong working relationships across all departments within the Company
· Contribute towards the efficient and effective delivery of services
· Carry out all reasonable tasks and requests as assigned by members of the Management team including the Manager
Failure to adhere to the above may result in disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal in line with the Company Policy
