We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Executive Assistant with 3+ years of experience. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, capable of handling confidential information, and skilled in managing diverse administrative responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage tasks, calendars, and priorities for leadershipTake meeting notes, track follow-ups, and ensure timely executionMaintain accurate QuickBooks records; coordinate with CPAOrganize contracts, reports, and corporate documentsSupport HR tasks: onboarding, offer letters, and employee recordsAssist with light project management and vendor coordinationEnsure clear, timely communication across the teamRequirements:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role (3+ years with US clients)Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesProficient in: QuickBooks, Google Suite, Outlook, BuildOpsSelf-starter with a problem-solving mindsetReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyYou will be working with one client permanently and will be expected to work 50 hours per week (EST hours).
