Purpose The Project Scheduler will play a critical role in supporting the efficient delivery of projects through detailed planning and coordination across departments. This role is responsible for maintaining a dynamic weekly schedule for the factory, ensuring optimal capacity management in line with project timelines and priorities. The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact between the design, production, and project management teams to drive alignment, accountability, and timely execution. Responsibilities Develop and maintain an integrated weekly production schedule, in alignment with project timelines and factory capacity. Coordinate closely with the design and production teams to identify scheduling needs, constraints, and resource availability. Liaise regularly with project engineers and managers to ensure up-to-date information is reflected in the schedule and capacity plan. Use Integro ERP to input, track, and update project timelines, work orders, and delivery milestones. Monitor and report on schedule adherence, identifying risks and proposing mitigations to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain visibility of incoming project demands and assess their impact on factory workload and available resources. Facilitate regular planning meetings and reviews to communicate schedule status and coordinate cross-functional inputs. Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and reporting practices. Qualifications Proven experience in a project scheduling or production planning role, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Integro ERP is highly desirable. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to effectively liaise across design, production, and project management teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project. Familiarity with capacity planning and resource management principles. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach. Relevant qualification in project management, operations, engineering, or a related field preferred.
