Staffline Recruitment Ireland is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Service Administrator to join a well-established machinery company in the Tipperary region.

Responsibilities:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while providing exceptional support to the service team and customers. Key responsibilities include:

1. Schedule service appointments and coordinate field technician workloads;
2. Communicate with customers regarding service status, delays, or updates;
3. Process job cards, service reports, and invoices in a timely and accurate manner;
4. Order and track parts required for service jobs, ensuring timely availability;
5. Maintain accurate service records and documentation using internal systems;
6. Liaise between service, sales, and parts departments to ensure seamless work flow;
7. Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and technicians;
8. Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

Criteria:

16. Previous experience in a service or administrative role (automotive/machinery sector preferred);

21. Knowledge of agricultural or construction machinery is a strong advantage.
