Dublin
Cubic³
Posted: 7 May
Offer description

Build the future of connected intelligence.
From day one.
Cubic3 is an Irish tech scale-up at the centre of one of the most exciting transformations in global industry - software-defined vehicles, satellite connectivity, and AI-driven services that keep the world moving.
We work with the world's leading OEMs, MNOs, and technology partners.
Our technology is in millions of vehicles.
And we're just getting started.
We're looking for a number graduates to join our Dublin HQ as part of our inaugural Graduate Technology Programme - and we want people who are genuinely curious, technically sharp, and ready to make an impact from day one.
What the programme looks like
This is a 24-month, full-time programme embedded within one of three specialist engineering teams:
Software Engineering
- building the platforms, applications, and services that power connected devices at scale
Core Network Engineering
- designing and operating the network infrastructure that underpins global connectivity
SIM Engineering
- working at the intersection of hardware, software, and telecoms on the technology that makes seamless connection possible
This isn't a rotation scheme.
You'll go deep.
You'll be a genuine member of your team, contributing to production-grade work on technology that's live in the real world.
What we're looking for
You'll be a final-year undergraduate or master's student in a technology-focused discipline, think Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
Beyond the degree, we're looking for people who:
Think logically and love solving problems that don't have obvious answers
Communicate clearly, with engineers, with customers, with leadership
Are adaptable.
You'll be moving between teams, challenges, and contexts
Have genuine curiosity about how connectivity and software are reshaping industries
Want to grow, not just learn.
There's a difference
Where you'll work
Our Dublin office.
We're a genuinely global company - with teams in Germany, Korea, Japan, Brazil and beyond - but this programme is rooted in Dublin, where the majority of our engineering and product teams are based.
Why Cubic3
A rare opportunity to join an Irish scale-up at a genuinely cutting-edge moment
Work on technology that's in real products, used by real people, worldwide
A learning culture that invests in you, from structured L&D to mentorship and buddy systems

Board member of the 5G Automotive Association.
This is a company going places.
Sound like you?
We'd love to hear from you.
Applications are open now, and our process is designed to be transparent, fast, and genuinely worth your time.
We assess how you think, not just what's on your CV.

Candidates must have a permanent, unrestricted right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
