Your Role
* As Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and execution of sourcing strategies to use relationships across the enterprise to achieve the best total value.
* You'll be required to effectively manage the seven steps of the sourcing process including Spend analysis, Market Research, Supplier Due Diligence, Sourcing Strategy, RFX Management, Bid Analysis and Contract Management and Supplier Performance Management.
Responsibilities
1. Creating sourcing strategies that get us the materials and services we need, at the right price, time, and quality; and in parallel mitigate risk.
2. Working in an Agile way, switching between categories with a large supply base to meet business demands.
3. Identifying and evaluating the potential suppliers, core competencies using industry cost models, RFX development and execution, proposal evaluation, total cost of ownership, and supplier selection recommendation (upon partner approval and completion of successful negotiation and contracting).
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
* Relevant experience in sourcing or supply chain.
* Knowledge of the legal language, terminologies related to contracting.
