Your new role

As an SHE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance across multiple projects. You will oversee hotel and commercial builds in Dublin city centre, working closely with site teams to implement robust SHE strategies. Your responsibilities will include conducting audits, delivering toolbox talks, monitoring compliance, and driving a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices. What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll need proven experience as an SHE Advisor within the construction sector, ideally on large-scale commercial or hospitality projects. You should hold a NEBOSH certificate or equivalent qualification and be confident managing multiple sites simultaneously.
