HR Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time HR Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to shape people and culture in a manufacturing setting.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will lead recruitment, onboarding, and selection processes. They will manage employee relations and benefits, oversee performance management and training initiatives, and serve as the site's go-to HR lead.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree in HR, business, or a related field. You will need 5+ years' HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a similar sector. CIPD qualification is preferred, as is solid knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law.
