Role Description
An exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to help drive the strategic growth of our Modern Workplace business. Working within the Pre‑Sales team, you’ll identify and solve customers’ business and technical challenges around hybrid working, change management, and meeting room modernisation. You’ll lead AV‑focused projects and deliver integrated solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity. You will primarily work with Ireland based customers and play a pivotal part in supporting and driving business initiatives across both Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Job Role Responsibilities
* Understand and evaluate key products in Pre‑Sales conversations and customer pitches.
* Deliver strategic whiteboarding sessions with C‑Level stakeholders.
* Build and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
* Support the development of the Modern Workplace portfolio and strategy.
* Provide expert technical Pre‑Sales support for AV and workplace solutions.
* Assess, design and present end‑to‑end Modern Workplace solutions to meet our customers’ business challenges.
* Maintain good understanding of the competitive landscape and complementary solutions.
* Lead AV and meeting room projects from scoping to delivery.
* Advise on hybrid collaboration tools (Teams Rooms, signage, wireless presentation).
* Maintain certifications and continuously learn key vendor technologies (Neat, Logitech, Shure, Microsoft).
* Conduct internal knowledge sharing and customer training sessions.
* Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to drive user adoption.
* Support change management initiatives and champion modern workplace transformation.
* Travel to customer sites as required.
Job Requirements
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (Sales, Pre‑Sales, or Consultancy).
* Strong understanding of AVIXA protocols and integrated audio systems.
* Ambitious self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
* Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage relationships.

Experience
* Experience working in the IT channel.
* AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams Phone, and identity/security frameworks preferred.
