About the Role
This position involves coordinating between Production, Finance, Procurement, and Customer Care to ensure efficient supply chain management and customer satisfaction.
* Support supply chain management by implementing key principles and challenging existing practices.
* Maintain professional communication with customers, manage customer accounts, handle queries, and provide commercial support.
* Manage customer orders and requests in line with company procedures.
* Lead projects to ensure best practice supply chain and customer service rollouts.
* Resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints and finding solutions.
* Collaborate closely with supply chain teams and departments to deliver top-tier service.
* Utilize advanced planning and logistics systems to leverage big data and provide recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Pursuing or have recently graduated with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport, or Business and Technology.
* Ambitious, curious, and willing to put talents into action.
* Open-minded, agile, and willing to embrace opportunities.
* Fluent in English and ideally another European language.
* Eligible to permanently work in Ireland and open to traveling and relocating.
