Service Engineer Role
At the forefront of our equipment service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of bakery and food production equipment across a wide range of retail and production sites.
* Diagnose and resolve faults in food production equipment, encompassing various components including elements, fans, motors, thermostats, gearboxes, and control systems.
* Carry out equipment installations at customer locations.
* Work independently from a company vehicle, guaranteeing timely and professional service delivery.
* Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of technical issues and solutions.
You will also participate in a weekend on-call rota, with additional pay and overtime for callouts.
To succeed in this position, certification in electrical work is essential, and mechanical repair experience is highly desirable. You must possess fluent English and excellent communication skills, as well as a full, clean driving licence.
