We are currently seeking a Full Time Parts Advisor
Key Duties & Responsibilities
This role may grow and evolve over time and whilst the key responsibilities for the role are outlined below, they are not limited to same.
• Maintaining a high level of service to Trade + Public customers
• Managing customer orders from enquiry through to dispatch
• Interpret customers' needs and provide excellent service
• Managing returns and warranties in accordance with company policies
Key Attributes + Skills
• Previous sales experience within the Commercial Vehicle industry
• Computer literate, experience with MAM would be an advantage
• You must be able to work on own initiative and as a member of a team
• Good communicator with prioritisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full Clean Category B Driver's License
Salary – there is an excellent remuneration package for successful candidate which will be based on experience and qualifications,
