Key Leadership Role in Retail Operations
This is a critical leadership position responsible for ensuring the stores have the necessary tools, processes, and support to operate efficiently and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team covering Customer Service, Project Management, and Commercial Support.
* Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans to drive team engagement and accountability.
* Design scalable support strategies aligned with retail growth initiatives and business priorities.
* Foster effective day-to-day support for retail partners and internal teams, enabling seamless in-store operations and customer satisfaction.
* Regularly review processes, tools, and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with Trading, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders to coordinate efforts and deliver comprehensive retail support.
