Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Deskside Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing second-level support to end-users, ensuring the smooth and secure functioning of existing IT infrastructure systems, and participating in changes and projects that require technical on-site presence.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing expert support for PC hardware and standard software related incidents
* Ensuring professional execution and follow-up on IT service requests
* Participating in changes and projects requiring technical on-site presence
* Maintaining IT security and asset management procedures
* Assisting in local projects and business major events
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3-5 years of proven experience and responsibility in a similar IT environment
* Expertise level of knowledge in all computer functions and operating systems
* Good back-office understanding of servers, WLAN/LAN networks, IP principles
* Collaboration tools expertise (SharePoint, BlueJeans networks, video conferencing systems)
* Strong interpersonal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure
