Technical Excellence Specialist

You will be required to deeply understand the technology landscape and evaluate the use of new technologies. As an influential member of the team, you will collaborate with peers and senior leaders to define and refine standards for operational excellence across your responsibilities.
Key job responsibilities include:
* Maintain a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.
* Implement proactive issue detection and reporting to maintain SLA's.
* Setup and configure monitors to prevent prolonged outages.
* Develop a basic understanding of operating system administration.
* Write and review accurate and complete support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries.
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a complex, fast-paced environment.
* Proactively and continually improve knowledge about relevant technologies and industry trends.
* Regularly work across multiple teams to resolve issues.
* Strive to improve the customer experience by resolving issues completely and in a timely fashion.
* Persistently drive others to discover and resolve root cause when needed.
* Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with your team and with other groups. Listen effectively.
