Job Title:

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing to the success of our organization.

* Scheduling and managing maintenance works are key responsibilities of this position.
* The role involves assigning and tracking Reactive Maintenance tasks for on-site teams or contractors.
* Maintaining accurate records in the ERP system is also an essential part of the job.
* Preparing monthly reports on activities, expenditure, and requisitions is a critical task.
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Facilities Team is also required.

Key skills and qualifications include 2+ years administrative experience, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), high attention to detail with strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
