Role: Maintenance Plumber (Domestic)Client: Leading Fit-out and Maintenance ContractorEssentials: Strong experience with domestic plumbing systems and heat pumps; fully qualified through FAS/SOLAS (or international equivalent); Full Driving Licence, RGI Qualified.Location: Role is based on the road in the Greater Dublin area.Salary: €50,000 – €65,000 (depending on experience)Package: Company van, fuel card, mobile phone, 21 days annual leave, company pension scheme.Progression: Career growth within a recession-proof industry, supported by a stable and expanding organisation.Carry out servicing, inspection and minor repair works on domestic gas boilers and heating systemsComplete residential plumbing repairs including leaks, blockages, pipework and fixture replacementsUndertake general property maintenance and minor repair works as requiredLiaise professionally with homeowners and tenants, providing clear communication and high levels of customer serviceEnsure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company proceduresIdentify and report defects or additional works to supervisors where necessaryAccurately complete job reports and update maintenance recordsWork independently across residential properties while coordinating with the wider maintenance team.If you're interested or would like to find out more, please apply directly or contact or
