Reporting directly to the Head Chef of The Wine Cellar you will form an important part of the kitchen team.ResponsibilitiesWork collabaritely with the Head Chef of The Wine CellarPrepare pizzas from our menu and also custom ordersPreparing appetisers for groupsMonitor food stock, maintain supplies and place orders as and when requiredPrepare pizza dough, fresh sauces and pizza toppings/accompanimentsMaintain clean cooking station and equipmentSupporting The Wine Cellar kitchen team during serviceOther reasonable duties which may be assigned from time to timeThe PersonPrevious experience as a chefEnthusiastic, friendly, professional and approachablePassionate about food and high quality ingredientsAbility to communicate well with and work harmoniously with other staff and management teamFlexibility regarding working hours, particularly around weekends and stock delivery daysWorking with Fallon & ByrneAt Fallon & Byrne we are committed to surpassing our customers expectations.
