Your Job
To take responsibility for the operational and financial control of the club ensuring complete viability of the club.
To ensure that the highest standards are adhered to and that guest & member experience exceeds expectation.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety (H&S) and standard operating procedures.
To ensure all Club staff are trained appropriately and to the highest standard
Oversee the cleanliness of all public areas in the leisure centre, including the gym, changing rooms, showers, kids club, to ensure we deliver on our guest promises.
Responsible for marketing and promoting the Club Vitae and it’s facilities to future clients
Collaborate with the Maintenance department to maintain consistently high hotel standards.
What You Will Need
2-3 years of managerial experience in a successful Fitness Centre.
Proven ability to actively drive sales.
Ability to achieve & exceed commercial targets.
The successful candidate should have a can-do approach and a positive attitude.
A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
Candidates Must Have The Following Qualifications
A nationally recognized Fitness instructor qualification. (NCEF, ITEC, NCEHS)
Occupational first aid qualification with AED (in date).
Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (in date)
