Our client, a leading life and health insurance organisation, is hiring multiple Qualified Actuaries to join its Dublin-based actuarial function. These permanent roles offer the opportunity to take a central position in delivering actuarial reporting, enhancing actuarial models, and developing scalable, efficient reporting and data solutions. Working within a high-performing actuarial team, you will gain broad exposure across the business, work closely with senior stakeholders, and have the opportunity to rotate across actuarial teams as your career progresses. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance actuarial models (Prophet) supporting financial and capital reporting Analyse and explain financial and capital impacts across regulatory and accounting frameworks Design and implement improvements to actuarial reporting systems, including data management and visualisation tools Calculate, validate and report technical provisions and capital requirements Support financial and regulatory reporting, including management insights and commentary Collaborate with finance, risk, data and audit teams to improve efficiency, governance and controls About You Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary (FIA / FFA / FSAI / AIA / AFA) Experience in actuarial reporting, modelling or capital is an advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong technical capability (Prophet experience essential; SQL, R or VBA beneficial) Clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Well-organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively A collaborative team player with experience supporting junior colleagues Get in touch for more information: Kate Henebry | Or call the Raretec main line: #J-18808-Ljbffr
