We are seeking a diligent and organized Credit Controller to join our team on a part time basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
Your contributions will directly support our financial health and help strengthen customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable at least 2 years.
Strong knowledge of credit control processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Team-oriented with a focus on improving processes and systems.
Comfortable with making Collection calls as well as taking incoming calls on a Rota basis.

Working Pattern Monday-Friday
