Architectural Technologist Career
We are seeking a senior architectural technologist to join our team in Limerick, Ireland. The successful candidate will have a degree or diploma in architectural technology and 10+ years of experience working on projects from inception to site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare statutory consent applications, detailed design, tender, and construction documentation.
* Have an excellent understanding of Irish planning, building regulations, building control, and health & safety legislation.
* Proficient in AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit is desirable.
Requirements:
* A valid driver's license with access to a car for site visits.
