Dual Site Manager – Monkstown & Donnybrook
Reporting to: Flagship Salon Manager
Mink Dublin is entering an exciting phase of growth, and we are looking for a driven and ambitious Dual Site Manager to elevate standards across our Monkstown and Donnybrook salons.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a fast-paced retail environment—perhaps at supervisor level—who is ready to take the next step into management. It would also strongly suit a junior manager seeking their next challenge. You will be supported and developed by our Flagship Salon Manager, who will actively drive your growth and progression.
Both locations are intimate, boutique-style salons that benefit greatly from a strong management presence, and your leadership will play a key role in shaping team performance and guest experience.
In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence across both sites, identify commercial opportunities, and play a crucial part in significantly increasing retail performance as we expand our product assortment. You will also be an integral member of our Senior Leadership Team, gaining exposure to all areas of the business.
What You'll Do
* Lead, motivate, and support teams across both locations to ensure consistently exceptional service and operational standards.
* Drive commercial performance with a clear focus on increasing retail sales.
* Identify opportunities that enhance guest experience and elevate overall business performance.
* Maintain a strong, visible presence between Monkstown and Donnybrook, adapting to business needs during this critical trading period.
* Support the Flagship Salon Manager in delivering brand standards, coaching, and team development.
* Uphold best practices in workplace health & safety; experience with risk assessments is highly desirable.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a fast-paced retail environment—supervisory experience is highly desirable.
* Or: current junior managers seeking their next step into a more senior, multi-site role.
* A commercially minded leader with proven retail success.
* Experience in a beauty salon environment or strong working knowledge of Phorest is highly advantageous, as system proficiency is essential.
* Someone who thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment with autonomy.
* Strong communication, coaching capability, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Full availability is required, as this is a seven-day-a-week operation.

What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership in a high-end salon, spa, or hospitality environment
Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced setting
At least 2 years proven experience of management in the retail sector with proven sales results preferably from a
luxury background.
An experienced, competent individual with a full understanding of health and safety in the workplace, risk
assessment and operational compliance.
Skilled in coaching, training, and motivating people to succeed
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive sales performance
Calm, polished, and professional—always
A deep commitment to luxury service standards and proven ability around coaching and development of your teams
to drive retails sales
Experience using Phorest salon software is a significant advantage
