We're hiring an NPD Design Engineer to drive innovation and development across our client's Mobile Plant product line. These self-powered, tracked platforms integrate advanced mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems-delivering high-performance solutions for demanding environments. Your new role Reporting to the Lead Engineer, you'll lead design efforts from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, manufacturing, purchasing, and service. You'll contribute to new product development, support existing product lines, and perform testing and analysis to enhance performance and reliability.
