We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ennis, Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospect and establish relationships with potential clients to drive sales growth
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional customer service
* Achieve individual sales targets and objectives as set by the division manager
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed solutions to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline candidate sourcing, compliance, and onboarding processes
* Manage and maintain accurate records within the CRM system
* Provide timely and insightful sales reports and pipeline updates to senior management
* Coordinate daily and weekly shift demands with clients and internal teams to efficiently allocate candidates
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a sales role or clerical/administrative experience considered
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven
* Ability to travel nationwide as required (mileage reimbursement)
