Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Data Operations Senior Manager will oversee the leadership of data operations and platforms teams, responsible for monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehousing/lake solutions.
* Develop strategic plans and establish processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security of data environments.
* Lead data pipeline execution, incident and problem resolution, and coordination between business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Operations or a relevant area.
* Leadership and people management experience in a similar role.
* Extensive experience with data pipeline creation, data provisioning and storage, architecture, cloud data technologies, unstructured data, ETL development, data modeling, APIs, SQL, NO-SQL databases, and big data tools and processing frameworks.
