My client is actively looking for a Business Analyst for a long-term daily rate contract.
Remote/Hybrid working options available.
* Cost Benefit Analysis – Ability to identify and measure all costs and benefits associated with a project and document clear Cost Benefit analysis.
* Ability to create a clear and concise business case detailing the options considered, CBA data, impact & risk analysis, and conclusions.
* Elicit Requirements using various methodologies: interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business process analysis, and workflow analysis.
* Lead workshops to define scope, identify, agree, and prioritize business requirements.
* Create clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation (product requirements, functional requirements, etc.).
* Coordinate requirements walk-throughs and sign-offs, verifying with stakeholders that requirements and processes accurately reflect business needs. Liaise with all levels within the company.
* Participate in RFI, RFP tender processes and oversee evaluation criteria.
* Understand software development methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). Experience with Agile, writing user stories, participating in scrum meetings, and managing project backlogs.
* Analyze client requirements, improve business processes, and prioritize solutions for projects of varying size and complexity, balancing multiple stakeholders' needs.
* Assist in test preparation and execution to ensure delivered products meet business requirements.
* Work with stakeholders to drive prioritization across multiple business areas.
Skills and Experience Required:
* 3+ years of Business Analysis experience. Experience in the Aviation/Airport Industry is a plus.
* Ability to document business processes and requirements clearly, including detailed specifications for development and testing teams.
* Proactive engagement with stakeholders at all levels.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to employ business knowledge to design, validate, and implement IT solutions.
* Consolidate and communicate information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Adaptability to a dynamic business environment with competing priorities.
