We are currently recruiting for a qualified lawyer (1-2 years' PQE) to join our team based in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Qualified law degree with up to 2 years' post qualification experience in a similar role, either in private practice or in-house.
The selected person should have proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic business environment. He/She should be able to advise on general knowledge of laws impacting financial services providers and investment management businesses covering fund product types and asset classes.
Your responsibilities would include advising clients on funds formation, registration & distribution, drafting various agreements like Management Company/AIFM and investment management agreements etc., assisting teams on all regulatory issues as well as presenting relevant updates internally.
Your Competencies required are high level organisation skillful communication & analytical skills ensuring solutions deliver client needs promptly.
