Responsibilities for
Technical Services Lead (Cork)
Lead the delivery of all technical services across the site, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Manage a skilled team of technical staff, driving accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Operate and oversee facility management systems including BMS, Maximo, GMARS, or comparable tools.
Ensure full alignment with GMP and health & safety regulations across all service lines.
Use KPIs to track service outcomes and identify areas for optimisation and innovation.
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate performance and updates internally and externally.
Build trusted partnerships with key client stakeholders, ensuring clear, responsive communication at all times.
Requirements for
Technical Services Lead (Cork)
Proven experience managing technical operations within a GMP-compliant or similarly regulated setting.
At least 2 years' experience leading people in a technical or engineering context.
Background in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence, with the ability to lead meetings and represent business interests.
A proactive, collaborative approach to team leadership and cross-departmental coordination.
Comfortable navigating complex technical systems and responding flexibly to site demands.
