Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organised Junior Office Administrator to support daily office activities and assist the administrative team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career and looking to gain hands-on experience in office operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
* Answer phone calls and respond to basic email inquiries
* Help maintain office files, records, and documents
* Support meeting arrangements and scheduling
* Assist in managing office supplies and stationery
* Perform data entry and basic report preparation
* Support HR and finance teams with simple administrative tasks
* Maintain a clean and organized office environment
* Provide assistance to staff as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn and take instructions
* Ability to manage time and complete tasks on schedule
Preferred (Nice to Have)
* Internship or part-time experience in an office environment
* Basic knowledge of administrative or clerical work
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
