Director @ Amicus | Sales and Marketing Recruitment Expert 087 977 2742
My Client is a leading global FMCG Organisation – their brands are iconic and well known, and with continued growth they are looking to recruit a SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST to join their team. This is a gem of an opportunity – a unique one as you will work closely with colleagues across Foodservices and Retail and be expected to bring insights from the data while delivering on forecasting targets.
What really stands out is the culture of the organisation – I have been in recruitment a long time, especially in FMCG, and this is one of the tightest, most collaborative businesses to work for. The Directors lead by example, and I placed the Commercial Manager – Darren – in this role. Darren is also the hiring manager and a massive advocate for this role.
Darren is quietly spoken – fair, calm, supportive and very commercial, with a strong FMCG background. He knows the trade inside out and said that the business has exceeded expectations and is on track for a great year. The culture is strong and everyone works together. For this role, Denis I am looking for someone who is strong on numbers, with a key focus on forecasting – how performance compares to forecast. You must be on top of the numbers and able to present to senior management, who are personable leaders.
** For this role, you must have 3-5 years experience in a demand planner/supply chain role and ideally have FMCG experience. Strong forecasting experience is a must **
