We are working with a reputable law firm based in Cork for a Solicitor to join their Childcare team.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a reputable Childcare team, managing a caseload of matters across child protection and welfare law. The solicitor will advise and represent clients in proceedings before the District Court and other relevant forums.
Responsibilities
The solicitor will draft pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documentation, liaise with social workers, guardians ad litem, and other stakeholders, while also maintaining compliance with regulatory and professional standards and upholding excellent client care.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years' PQE
* Excellent academics
* Strong team player
* Ability to work under pressure
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Technically excellent
* Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience)
