Castlemartyr Resort are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Supervisor to join our Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
* To ensure all Accommodation staff, Linen/House Porters and Maintenance comply with the standards laid down in the Training Manual regarding uniform, work standards, systems and hygiene levels.
* To be familiar with the days business regarding room occupancy, special requirements and VIP needs and to react to same.
* To liaise with Reception, Senior Management and Maintenance to ensure all rooms are ready and at a 5 star standard.
* To issue and monitor all work given to the Accommodation Assistants and maintenance throughout the day to ensure tasks meet the defined standards
* To actively train all staff to the standards laid down in the Training Manual and monitor their work performance
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star property
* Leadership skills
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent Organisational skills
