Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in the engineering or industrial sectors? Are you commercially driven and ready to take full ownership of a sales territory?
Flowtech is looking for a motivated External Sales Manager to join our dynamic team, managing the Munster region. This is a key field-based role with the responsibility to grow sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver consistent commercial performance.
The Role
* Manage and develop a portfolio of customers across the Munster territory
* Identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable sales
* Act as the first point of contact for all customer needs within your region
* Execute the regional sales strategy through face-to-face client engagement
* Monitor pricing and quotations to ensure commercial value is delivered
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive customer success
* Represent the business at trade shows and through marketing activities
* Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through training and feedback
What We're Looking For
* Proven success working in the engineering or industrial sector - (nice to have but not essential)
* Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
* Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Full, clean driving licence (essential for field-based work)
* High energy, results-driven, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
