Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner (Maternity cover) to join our dynamic, growing team based in Kearys Hyundai, Kinsale Road, Cork.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage operational employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
* Monitor, track, and report on HR metrics, including employee relations cases, absence, health and safety, visa processes, maternity leave, and related activities.
* Lead and support employee engagement programmes and initiatives.
* Review, update, and maintain people policies and procedures in line with organisational and legislative requirements.
* Support the annual performance management process, providing guidance to line managers and employees throughout the cycle.
* Promote and foster positive employee relations across the organisation.
* Conduct internal HR audits to ensure compliance and best practice.
* Prepare and deliver HR reports for the senior management team.
* Organise and coordinate internal events and initiatives.
* Prepare reports and ensure compliance with Pay Transparency requirements and other regulatory obligations.
* Liaise with and provide required data to the Central Statistics Office.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven ability managing high volume of admin, working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks is essential.
* Ability to work on a number of different tasks to agreed timescales.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel - Essential
