Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to internal and external customers, including architects, engineers, and specifiers.
2. Collaborate with the sales and specification teams to support building system solutions.
3. Deliver presentations and technical consultations for projects and specifying bodies.
4. Utilise tools such as BIM, CAD, U-value calculators, and thermal modelling software.
5. Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and improve service.
6. Maintain technical knowledge, including Safety and Building Regulations.
7. Manage projects and maintain technical documentation for internal use.
Requirements:
8. Relevant construction qualification (Architect, Architectural Technologist, Chartered Surveyor, Engineer).
9. 5+ years' experience in technical support within the construction industry.
10. Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; Revit experience desirable.
12. Excellent collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills.
