Job Description
We are seeking skilled professionals to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in a residential service. This role involves working as part of a dedicated team to promote independence, person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant area
* A clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
* Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care
* Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
* Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
* A full clean manual driving license
