What You'll Do
* Oversee stock orders, deliveries, and management
* Handle cashing up and securing the bar at close
* Maintain high standards of bar cleanliness and operation
* Serve beverages (including cocktails) and food to guests
* Collaborate with kitchen team for efficient bar food service
* Deliver a positive guest experience at every opportunity
What You Bring
* Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a high-paced setting
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
* A team-first mindset and flexible attitude
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
