Key Details: Hybrid working model: 2 days working from home, 3 days in the Dublin City Centre office Hourly rate: €21.15 Contract duration: Until 31st January 2026 (potential for extension) Role Overview: The Recruitment Co-Ordinator provides essential support to the recruitment function, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate complex phone, virtual, onsite, and presentation interviews Manage logistics for the recruiting process, including travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and ensuring background checks are 100% completed Build strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience Handle challenges that may arise during the recruitment process with professionalism and good judgment Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment Master recruitment tools and systems including Workday, Goodtime, and Google Suite Lead and contribute to team projects, often working across departments Track and analyze recruitment data to provide insights to stakeholders and reduce interview rescheduling Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
