Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters across the entire workforce.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide HSE advice and support to Managers, supervisors, and colleagues.
2. Develop strong working relationships with employees to promote a culture of engagement and continual improvement.
3. Create and maintain safe systems of work, ensuring their effective application.
4. Drive continual improvement initiatives.
5. Complete and maintain HSE site, workshop, and equipment inspections and records.
6. Conduct incident investigations and identify improvement measures.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Proven HSE experience of at least 5 years.
* Experience working in New Build and M&E construction environments or similar.
* Experience undertaking health and safety audits.
* Desirable: Chartered membership of IOSH or working towards it, NEBOSH Diploma or working towards it.
