Key Responsibilities:
* Uphold exceptional standards of customer service through the efficient management of policyholders' claims
* Registration, handling, and settlement of both household and commercial property damage claims
* Maintain strict adherence to company quality standards
Achieve agreed targets related to settlement rates, call responses, and case completions Collaborate with various stakeholders to obtain critical information necessary for service excellence Effective resolution of complex claim issues Identify fraud indicators and refer potential cases to the Fraud Investigation Unit (FIU)
