Overview
Platform Engineering is looking for a Content Operations Manager to scale and optimize the way we produce and distribute content. You’ll own our AI-powered workflows for articles, videos, and community-driven content and ensure outputs are consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time. You’ll bridge tech (AI tools, automation, Airtable) and people (content team, contributors, editors) to keep the content engine running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Running and improving our AI content workflows (text + video) to produce high-quality content at scale.
* Designing processes that balance automation with human review for clarity, accuracy, and brand tone.
* Coordinating tasks across writers, editors, and freelancers and ensuring deadlines are met.
* Experimenting with new AI and workflow tools, testing them hands-on, and rolling out the best ones.
* Reviewing and refining content outputs for clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.
* Partnering with our Senior Operations Manager to align on content production with strategic goals.
* Documenting workflows and building playbooks so processes can scale.
* Identifying bottlenecks early and mitigating blockers.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years of experience in Operations (Marketing, Content, or Growth Ops) in a B2B SaaS or startup environment.
* Strong interest in AI and automation, ideally with hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow platforms.
* Excellent written and spoken English; you care about clarity and tone.
* Proven ability to design and optimize repeatable processes.
* Comfortable working with structured data (Airtable or similar).
* A fast learner who loves experimenting with new tools and figuring out how they fit together.
* Organized and proactive; able to keep multiple projects moving at once.
* Bonus: experience coordinating freelancers or small teams.
