The Role
As
Coffee Quality Consultant – Team Lead
, you'll lead and inspire a national Quality Team (4 people). You'll set clear objectives, coach and develop the team, and work hands-on with customers across Dublin & South Leinster to ensure consistently outstanding coffee standards.
What You'll Do
* Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Team; run 1:1s and drive performance.
* Deliver barista training, upskilling and quality support to customers (on-site & in-house).
* Act as project lead for key initiatives; plan resources and track progress.
* Partner with Sales on client visits, tastings, and product showcases.
* Conduct customer audits and implement action plans to raise standards.
* Share insights on trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
* Drive continuous improvement across products, processes, and standards.
What You'll Bring
* Proven leadership/supervisory experience.
* Strong specialty coffee background (barista trainer/head barista/café manager).
* Demonstrable barista training and hands-on quality skills (SCA a plus).
* Excellent communication & presentation; confident with MS Office.
* Organised, structured, and calm under pressure; great at planning your time.
* Patient, thorough approach to coaching and people development.
