Job Opportunity:
Helpdesk Expertise Required
We seek a skilled Helpdesk Engineer to fill a technical support position. As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will provide expert assistance and troubleshooting services to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Office 365 administration experience
* At least four years' experience working in a Level-1 Helpdesk Role
* Experience with Active Directory: user creation, password resets, account removals/transfers, and related tasks
* Proficiency using a Helpdesk system for logging and monitoring calls, following up, escalating, closing issues, and communicating solutions to the team
* Expertise with local Desktop Support issues (local software, network connectivity, printing, PC performance)
Requirements:
* Eligibility to work full time in the location or hold a valid long-term work visa
* Compliance with data protection laws when processing personal data
